The “mail agency service” that we started is a service where our staff takes mail to a designated post office on behalf of clients, and takes care of the procedures for mailing. By using this service, clients can reduce the burden of such work, reducing labor costs, travel costs, and working hours.

At the end of June 2018, Japan Post stopped the collection service of various types of mail sent from corporate users. A labor shortage caused by the declining birth rate and the aging of the population has made it difficult to secure work staff for mail collection and delivery. From that time, postal users had to either place the mail they wished to send out in a post box or bring their mail to the nearest post office. For businesses that send out a large volume of mail daily for business reasons in particular, this has become a major burden.

Step 1: Hearings regarding mail
We will discuss with clients about the quantity of their mail (number of volumes and weight) per day or per month, the type of mail, the method of paying for postage (deferred or separate payment, etc.), desired collection times, and so forth.
Step 2 Estimate and contract
We propose a fee structure based on consultations.We enter into an agreement after client’s confirmation of the daily workflow, plan, etc.
Step 3: Start of delivery agent service
After our staff (in a light truck or other vehicle) picks up mail from the clients, they then take them to the designated post offices on behalf of the clients.
