At PHYZ, we understand these “mores” as problems to be solved, and have always worked to provide new things, unique businesses, and services found nowhere else.
We have always been thinking up concepts for solving what, according to the current conventional wisdom, cannot be solved, and the ways that will become the conventional wisdom of the future. We focus on creating such ideas, technologies, and methods. We believe the all driving force behind these are “people”.
Because of this, our company management is working on developing people of capability that can think up ideas and have an awareness of contributing to society, in an environment with a free and open culture that places importance on the thoughts of employees.
Each of our employees thinks from our customers’ perspectives, and wishes to be of service to society as they solve a variety of problems.

We place importance on the happiness not only of employees, but also of their families, and do all that we can to manage the company in such a way that all employees can actually feel happy. We fundamentally believe that the growth of people means the growth of the company, and we aim to develop and evolve with our employees.
