PHYZ, Inc. aims to make work and operations more efficient, and is digitizing payslips to also protect the environment.
1 Name of the document to be issued electronically
The name of the document to be issued electronically is salary payment slip and bonus payment slip.
2 Type of electromagnetic method and its specific method
dividuals using a mobile telephone can view their salary and bonus payment slips by using the address at the bottom of this agreement document. Log in by entering the employee number and password (the initial login password is the employee’s bank account number where the salary and bonus are credited, or if there is no such account number, a random number to be issued) are entered on the login page.
3 Saving a file or outputting a document
Individuals viewing via a mobile telephone should use the “screen memo” function.
4 Expected date of issue and display period
To be issued on the days when wages are paid.
The display period on the wage payslip page is as follows.
salary — from salary payment date to day prior to the next salary payment date
5 Start date of payslip issue
Electronic issuing of payslips will start with the May 2014 salary.
6 Issuing of paper-based salary and bonus payment slips
If you need a paper-based salary and bonus payment slips for reasons of making applications or for other purposes, please ask the Accounting Department.
